Lash Extensions

Post lash extensions.

Over the holidays I always like to treat myself. I get a fun manicure, a good skincare treatment and eye lash extensions. I also always get tons of people ask me if they are my real lashes. Having the lashes is so addicting because you can get up and go without the need for make-up. The main question I get probably at least ten times a week when I tell people I am wearing extensions is if they make my real lashes fall out. As you can see from the picture directly above, my lashes are still in tact!

I love to get the lash extensions for volume more than length. Unfortunately, I have learned as you age that your eyelashes thin. Mine have also always been lighter on the ends so having the extensions helps them show up well. I highly recommend getting lash extensions, but like most beauty routines you have to put forth effort for proper care. Do not pick at your lashes or try to do anything with them yourself. If you go to a professional spa like The Skin Clinics East, they will use a safe, quality adhesive product. Do not go anywhere unless you know they use a proper lash adhesive. Also, be sure to get them professionally removed and your real lashes should not be affected.
